🎯 Goal

Set up an automation that syncs real estate listings from Dimedia CRM (a property management system used by agencies in Croatia) into Webflow CMS using Make.com (or a similar tool).

Webflow should automatically stay up to date with the latest properties from Dimedia.

🔧 Scope of Work

1. Read Dimedia XML Feed
   • Dimedia provides a public XML feed containing property data (title, price, surface, location, images, etc.).
2. Map and Import Data
   • Map XML fields to existing Webflow CMS fields (the CMS collection is already set up).
3. Automation Setup
   • Pull feed daily (or every few hours).
   • Add new properties, update existing ones, and remove or archive missing ones.
4. Handle Images
   • Import or link multiple property images from XML into Webflow CMS.
5. Optimize Usage
   • Keep the setup efficient and within the Make Core plan (10k operations/month).
